Have you ever wanted to experience what it’s like to be on Jeopardy!? Here’s your chance (minus the nationwide TV audience and the prize money, unfortunately). IAC’s Executive Director, and 19-day Jeopardy champion David Madden will be hosting 10 Jeopardy! matches for charity at Nationals. Each game takes place at a different time, and will feature 5 students playing at once. Otherwise, the rules of Jeopardy! apply as on the show. Each match costs $60, and all the proceeds will be split evenly between the Rainforest Alliance (for which David serves as an ambassador), the Fisher House Foundation (a veterans charity for which David once hiked the length of the USA), and the Serenity Park Parrot Shelter (which serves both rescue parrots and veterans – see the book about it here). The Jeopardy! Charity Games will take place at the following times. If you wish to sign up for a time slot, please note the hotel at which it will be taking place, and make sure it does not conflict with any exam or bee that you might be competing in.
