Per the rules found here in point E, you must bring a reader for every one or two teams that enter. So if you are bringing 1 or two teams, you need one reader, for three or four teams, you need 2 readers, etc. For every reader you do not bring, IAC will need to hire a reader at the price of $95 each to ensure the tournament runs correctly, therefore your team will be charged $95 per missing reader.
